The Whitby
The founders of Firmdale Hotels have now opened The Whitby, their second New York hotel. Situated in the heart of upper midtown Manhattan, the property has a theater, a library, and plenty of event spaces.

SLS Park Avenue
Located in the now-trendy NoMad area, SLS will finally be bringing its signature flair to New York late this spring. The new SLS Park Avenue will have an exclusive rooftop lounge, chic new nightlife and a restaurant from award-winning Chef José Andrés.

Made Hotel Nomad Another addition to the NoMad neighborhood, Made will be the first hotel from entrepreneur Sam Gelin. Larger than some other nearby options, Made offers 108 guest rooms spread over 18 stories.

50 Bowery
Opening in April, this new hotel brings luxury to the Bowery. Joie de Vivre Group’s New York debut, the hotel features a rooftop terrace lounge overlooking the Manhattan skyline as well as a gallery curated by the Museum of Chinese in America.
Dream HollywoodThe Dream's new Los Angeles property brings a sprawling 10,000 rooftop pool and patio and two restaurants including Tao to Hollywood. This is the stylish boutique brand's first west coast location.

The James West Hollywood
The James brings its signature brand of sophisticated minimalism to Sunset Boulevard. The property is expansive with 280 rooms - it’s also the west coast debut for The Denihan Hospitality Group.
Waldorf Astoria Beverly Hills
Rooms start at $815 a night at the swanky new Waldorf Astoria in Beverly Hills which is minutes from famed Rodeo Drive and the Hollywood Walk of Fame. The 170 room hotel also features Jean-Georges’ namesake restaurant.
