The Campbell
This May, Gerber Group will open The Campbell, an iconic New York institution located in Grand Central Terminal. Thoughtfully restored to its original grandeur, the restoration maintains the integrity of the property’s historic architecture, while introducing contemporary design elements, which together create a refined yet approachable atmosphere. Gerber Group’s selection of classic and modern cocktails, that highlight fresh ingredients, wines and locally brewed craft beers, will be complemented by a menu of elevated bar fare and lunch specialties, including small plates, soups, salads and sandwiches.

Fusco
Restaurateur and cookbook author Scott Conant opens Fusco, his first solo New York City restaurant in nearly a decade. Named for his grandmother Carminella Fusco Varrone, who embodied old-world hospitality, the restaurant offers an upscale approach to Italian cuisine. At Fusco, guests can savor Conant's signature Italian fare, including house-made pastas such as Garganelli with lamb’s neck ragu, fresh ceci beans + savory and Lobster Gnudi with bagna cauda + fava beans (pictured), and elevated dishes such as a Truffled Pea Caesar with caviar + burrata and Guinea Hen with asparagus + nebrodini mushrooms.

Out East
Chef Tim Meyers (Charlie Bird), along with Peter Kane and Anthony Serignese (The Stanton Social; Beauty & Essex) opened Out East this April. At the charming neighborhood restaurant, Meyers puts a creative spin on New American fare. The  casually elegant restaurant  boasts  an  easy-going and  eclectic  vibe,  like  the  East  Village neighborhood  it  calls  home. The menu  opens  with  an  extensive  crudo  selection and fresh salads with locally sourced ingredients.

Chef’s Club Counter
Chef’s Club Counter is bringing a fresh take on eating out to Nolita. The Spring Street restaurant curates their favorite dishes from the world’s greatest chefs and offers them all under the same roof - you can grab an egg and cheese sandwich from Alvin Cailan’s Eggslut, Duck Rice from George Mendes and the famous Mercer Kitchen burger from Jean Georges. The menu will rotate seasonally and will feature famous chefs from around the globe.

Tetsu
Opening in May, acclaimed chef Masa Takayama (of you guessed it, Masa) will open a two floor restaurant in a TriBeCa loft. The ground level will offer a menu of robatayaki dishes and Masa’s first foray into burgers along with craft cocktails and wine and beer. A more exclusive second level will open shortly after, featuring a more elegant menu featuring Masa favorites. The restaurant has been a long time coming, and diners can currently sample forthcoming dishes from Tetsu at Bar Masa.
