Amara at Paraiso, Miami
Miami gets a new waterfront dining experience with Amara at Paraiso. Helmed by Michael Schwartz, James Beard Award-winning chef and owner of The Genuine Hospitality Group, the restaurant is serving up New Miami Cuisine since mid-January. Think: bold South American flavors, coastal ingredients, hearth wood grill and Josper charcoal oven. Not to mention those ocean views.
Keep an eye out for these hot spots opening their doors early this year.
Smile To Go Freehand
The sister restaurant to The Smile, this take-away café will serve healthy Manhattan-Mediterranean fare and Freehand New York.
Blue Ribbon Fried Chicken Hell’s Kitchen
The fried-chicken favorite heads to Hells Kitchen late February 2018.
Scott Conant will open a quintessential Italian eatery at Red Rock Casino, Resort and Spa. The menu will be complete with Conant’s usual suspects: house-made pastas and wood-fired sides.
