Amara at Paraiso, Miami

Helmed by Michael Schwartz, James Beard Award-winning chef and owner of The Genuine Hospitality Group, the restaurant is serving up New Miami Cuisine since mid-January. Think: bold South American flavors, coastal ingredients, hearth wood grill and Josper charcoal oven. Not to mention those ocean views.
