Jai Nima Idowu

Boucherie Park Avenue South, NYC

New Yorkers are getting a second Boucherie location, this time in the Flatiron District on Park Avenue South. The new outpost will feature a charcuterie counter serving French imported charcuterie, exclusively hand-carved to order by the team’s in-house charcutier. Menu-wise, the new offerings will be similar to the sister restaurant, drawing inspiration from classic French traditions. Sip absinthe-driven signature cocktails, or choose a bottle from the extensive wine list, in the cozy, contemporary space.

Simon & The Whale, NYC

Situated on the ground floor of the newly-opened Freehand Hotel, restaurateur Gabriel Stulman recently opened the doors to Simon & The Whale. The restaurant fits the hotel’s aesthetic perfectly, with its vibrant yet laidback look. Here, Executive Chef Matt Griffin and Head Baker Zoe Kanan cook up globally-influenced, polished American food. It’s an everyday spot designed for any occasion, offering an expansive dining room, wrap-around bar, sidewalk cafe and private dining room.




west~bourne
, NYC

1960s Los Angeles vibes come to SoHo with west~bourne. The all-day restaurant offers a seasonally-minded, vegetable-focused menu, with something extra on the side: giving back to the local community. Founder Camilla Marcus partnered with the Robin Hood Foundation, ensuring a portion of every purchase benefits The Door, an organization that supports local job training.



NoMad Los Angeles, LA

Chef Daniel Humm and Restaurateur Will Guidara, along with Executive Chef Chris Flint, helm the food & beverage throughout the new NoMad Los Angeles. Dine at the all-day lobby restaurant, or enjoy dinner and drinks on the Mezzanine level. Serving New American fare, the restaurants’ menus draw inspiration from LA’s distinct ingredients, flavors and tradition. Also stop by the Giannini Bar and the Coffee Bar, and s

Amara at Paraiso
, Miami

Miami gets a new waterfront dining experience with Amara at Paraiso. Helmed by Michael Schwartz, James Beard Award-winning chef and owner of The Genuine Hospitality Group, the restaurant is serving up New Miami Cuisine since mid-January. Think: bold South American flavors, coastal ingredients, hearth wood grill and Josper charcoal oven. Not to mention those ocean views.

Smile To Go Freehand
The sister restaurant to The Smile, this take-away café will serve healthy Manhattan-Mediterranean fare and Freehand New York.

Blue Ribbon Fried Chicken Hell’s Kitchen
The fried-chicken favorite heads to Hells Kitchen late February 2018.

Scott Conant will open a quintessential Italian eatery at Red Rock Casino, Resort and Spa. The menu will be complete with Conant’s usual suspects: house-made pastas and wood-fired sides.
