10 Hamptons Openings We’re Excited About this Summer

We're all for old favorites, but this summer is seeing some exciting new openings in the Hamptons. Think: expertly designed spaces, cute and curated pop-up shops, plus brand new restaurants for summer seafood and cocktails. It's all in our guide to the new spots to know Out East.

Homepolish-designed Outdoor Oasis at goop, Sag Harbor
The goop pop-up returns to Sag Harbor this summer, but this year Homepolish designer Jill Romine came on board to design the outdoor space. Cozy touches surround a long table with communal seating, with a chic sofa and coffee table setup that will make you feel right at home. Romine also accented the space with mirrors positioned to bounce light and reflect the ocean view, so shoppers and event guests alike won’t miss a minute at the beach.

The Garden at Water Mill
Perfect for groups, The Garden at Water Mill is an all-day spot. The seating is plentiful: there’s a 60-seat dining room, plus a spacious backyard complete with private alcoves and lounge areas (think tree swings and couches). The menu is designed for sharing and serves up classic American summer dishes like crudos, BBQ platters and a family-style lobster bake for large parties. When you’re done dining, grab a cocktail and hit the lawn games. Keep an eye out for the dining pop-up series with acclaimed chefs launching in July.
