The Barbary, Notting Hill
Following the success of The Barbary Covent Garden, Zoë and Layo Paskin will launch a new location of The Barbary in Notting Hill this September. Led by Head Chef Daniel Alt and Group Development Chef Aika Levins, the restaurant will continue its focus on the diverse cuisines of the Barbary Coast, spanning Southern Europe to Northern Africa.
Lita London
Lita, the newly opened restaurant from the team behind Wild Tavern and Canadian restaurateur Daniel Koukarskikh, has debuted in London’s Marylebone. Created by Irish chef Luke Ahearne, formerly Head Chef at Corrigan’s Mayfair, Lita offers an elevated dining experience with a produce-driven, seasonal menu celebrating Southern European flavors, all prepared on a fire grill in the open kitchen.
art’otel London Hoxton
Following the debut of art’otel London Battersea Power Station in February 2023, art’otel London Hoxton has recently opened. Designed by British street artist D*Face, this hotel features art-inspired guest rooms along with panoramic city views. Opening in September 2024, Shoreside at Shore Hotel in Santa Monica will offer guests an elevated space to exprience the hotel’s premier beachfront location. Sant Ambroeus at The Fifth Miami Beach

Sant Ambroeus is set to open its first Miami location at The Fifth Miami Beach, a new Class A+ office building designed by Alberto Campo Baeza, in late 2025. This iconic Milanese brand will occupy over 7,000 square feet at the base of the building in Miami’s South of Fifth neighborhood. The restaurant and coffee bar will feature contemporary Milanese cuisine and elegant service. Giampiero Tagliaferri, known for his work with Oliver Peoples and Brunello Cucinelli, is designing the space.
The Vermilion Club Boston
JF Restaurants launched The Vermilion Club, a modern chophouse and bar by Michelin-starred Chef John Fraser. Located on the second floor of The Connector, Boston’s latest public space within the Winthrop Center tower, this 120-seat venue marks Fraser’s first full-service restaurant in Boston. The elevated atmosphere invites guests for everything from after-work drinks to special nights out.
The Dunlin Auberge Resorts Collection
Located just 20 miles from Charleston on Johns Island along the Kiawah River, The Dunlin will open soon to offer guests a serene coastal retreat.
