We are experiencing AI at warp speed and are learning, pivoting and keeping one foot in the future.
AI is one of our fastest-growing client segments at Inkhouse. Recently, our Managing Director of Integrated Services Tiffany Darmetko attended Boston’s Generative AI Meetup. Hosted by AI influencer Judah Phillips, the event covered discussions ranging from GenAI advancements to use cases, and business opportunities.
Below are Tiffany’s five key takeaways.
Don’t lose sight of your audience. To stay ahead, companies must be able to combine AI tech expertise with what the customer actually needs.
Talk in terms of business value. Why is your company different from all the other AI companies? Communicate the why behind your brand.
Bring the technology to life with use cases. The companies winning in the AI space are not only building real solutions, but demonstrating how they are doing it.
Lean into competitive differentiators to attract an investor's attention. Being audience-centric and delivering and articulating business value will build a competitive “moat” around your brand.
Think twice before hiring a chief AI executive. Everyone is called to become an AI expert. Consider forming a task force first.
