Forms: Presented By Gagosian & Jeffrey Deitch
Forms will be the eighth annual group exhibition presented jointly by Jeffrey Deitch and the gallery during Miami Art Week and on view in the city's Design District. The dominant narrative of modern art has largely focused on stylistic shifts between binary oppositions: from figuration to abstraction and back again. Playing on this history, the works included in Forms highlight, acknowledge, and challenge the pathway between abstraction and figuration with surrogates for and references to the representational world. UBS Art Studio x ARTNOIR: The Poetics of Dimensions
UBS Art Studio, in collaboration with ARTNOIR, will present “The Poetics of Dimensions”, a group presentation featuring artists Anthony Akinbola, Sonia Gomes, Melissa Joseph, Julianknxx and Nari Ward across two locations both at the Miami Beach Convention Center (free to Art Basel Miami Beach ticket holders) and Soundscape Park on 17th Street, Miami Beach. UBS, with ARTNOIR and Art Basel, will also host a video projection of artwork by Julianknxx on the façade of Soundscape Park WALLCAST every evening from December 5 to 11, from 5:30-11:00pm EST, as well as a public panel at the MBCC auditorium on December 8 at 11:00am EST, moderated by the curator Larry Ossei-Mensah who will be in conversation with artists featured in the presentation. Parley for the Oceans x Art Basel
Art Basel Miami Beach 2023 marks the start of a collaboration between environmental organization Parley for the Oceans and Art Basel. Through their initiative, Art for the Oceans, they aim to blend creativity, environmental activism, and eco-innovation to foster positive change for our planet. The fundraising effort involves Parley's Global Cleanup Network collecting 1 kilogram of plastic for every $1 donated. Parley's fair space will showcase ocean-related data and feature artist collaborations with prominent figures such as Ed Ruscha, Jenny Holzer, Katharina Grosse, Pipilotti Rist, Doug Aitken, and more. Additionally, an exhibition by artist Julian Schnabel titled "Oceans.Climate.Life" will be presented in Collins Park, showcasing a series first exhibited at the United Nations Headquarters in New York.
Ross+Kramer Miami Gallery Opening with Exhibition by Daniel Arsham (invite only)
Ross+Kramer Gallery makes its debut in Miami Beach's art scene during Miami Art Week, unveiling its third location in Sunset Harbour alongside Manhattan and East Hampton. On December 5, the gallery will present a mesmerizing exhibition featuring works by contemporary artist Daniel Arsham, marking his first solo showcase in Miami in over a decade. Positioned as the area's first of its kind, Ross+Kramer introduces a unique fusion of contemporary and mid-century blue-chip works, showcasing emerging and established artists.

Berlin-based curator, writer and editor Anna Carnick is this year’s Curatorial Director for this year's Design Miami/ flagship, taking place December 6-10. The curatorial theme for this year's Miami fair, "Where We Stand," highlights design's role in witnessing and responding to the world during this pivotal moment in history. The fair will feature over 40 gallery and Curio exhibitions, presented alongside a rich program of partnerships and collaborations.
Carpenters Workshop Gallery at Design Miami/
Nacho Carbonell - One-seater Concrete Tree
Carpenters Workshop Gallery will highlight the global impact of Dutch design, seen primarily through the lens of two leading visual artists, Maarten Baas and Nacho Carbonell. The presentation spotlights the interconnectedness of creative disciplines in Dutch design, a mindset fostered by the innovative Design Academy Eindhoven, from which both Baas and Carbonell emerged. The exhibition will also feature work from Atelier Van Lieshout, Zanine Caldas, Kostas Lambridis, DRIFT and Vincenzo de Cotiis, among others.
Raise the Moral Studio at Design Miami/
Caterpillar Chair
The two artists and designers, Moral Turgeman and Kelsey Falter, known as Raise the Moral Studio, are one of this year's Curio exhibitors at Design Miami/. The exhibit, titled 'Becoming Familiar' invites a remembrance and reconnection within the human body through sensorially immersive functional design. The exhibit offers pieces that facilitate becoming familiar with bliss, adornment, and presence. One of the pieces is the sound healing vibrational Caterpillar Chair. The Chair uses tactile vibration tones and frequencies that synchronize with the brain, work throughout the body and interact with the nervous system.
LVMH Culture House
LVMH introduces Culture House, a 5-day art gallery pop-up in the Miami Design District. With a deliberate focus on artists of color, women and those with disabilities, the immersive experience at Culture House converges art, culture and luxury. Serving as a salon for dialogue, Culture House will offer a series of curated conversations promoting diverse cultural discourse.
Untitled, Art
This year's edition of Untitled Art, the independent art fair held annually on Miami Beach, continues its mission to bolster the broader art ecosystem. Providing an inclusive platform for exploring contemporary art, the fair places a strong emphasis on collaboration, as well as new and emerging artists.
Jason McCoy Gallery Artist Walk-Through - Meet the artist Susan Swartz at Art Miami

Editions de Parfums Frederic Malle pops up at The Bass Museum, featuring the brand’s collection of fragrances including its latest launch, Heaven Can Wait. Visitors will learn about the art of perfumery and the brand’s rich history; and be treated to personalized olfactive consultations, helping them to select what could become their new signature fragrance, or that of their home.

Soho Beach House’s infamous Beach Tent returns, with a new two-story layout featuring an immersive art tunnel entrance. Highlights at Soho Beach House include the annual White Cube gallery dinner and afterparty, Porsche Cars North America’s art and music party with Juvenile, a conversation with Harland Miller, an Evian x Coperni Beach Party with Zack Bia and a night with IRO.
