Barlume Beach, Montauk

Barlume Beach
LDV Hospitality debuts Barlume Beach this summer, bringing its signature “La Dolce Vita” ethos to a new 19-key hotel and beach club overlooking Montauk Harbor. Designed by Studio Tre, the property blends Mediterranean-inspired interiors with indoor-outdoor dining, marina views, and a full beach club experience. The all-day restaurant evolves from sunlit, coastal dining to a lively evening “linner” concept, complemented by weekend music programming and seasonal cocktails.

The Pridwin Hotel & Cottages
The Pridwin Hotel & Cottages, Shelter Island
Set across 10 acres of waterfront coastline, The Pridwin Hotel & Cottages is an iconic Shelter Island retreat returning for its 2026 season with “The Art of Summer.” Blending nostalgic Americana charm with relaxed, timeless elegance, the historic property offers 33 guest rooms and 16 private cottages. This summer, The Pridwin leans further into its signature slow-island rhythm, with thoughtfully curated seasonal programming including:
Canoe Place Inn & Cottages, Hampton Bays
Set on one of America’s oldest inn sites, Canoe Place Inn & Cottages blends historic character with modern comfort for a relaxed Hamptons escape. Rooms and suites feature vintage details, wood accents, fireplaces, and elevated touches, while Good Ground Tavern anchors the property with seasonal, locally driven menus, a garden terrace, and fire pits. Guests also have access to a pool, spa, and a rotating lineup of summer programming.
The Hedges Inn, East Hampton
Currently undergoing a full redesign led by acclaimed interior designer David Netto, The Hedges Inn is set to reopen early this summer with a fully reimagined look across both guest rooms and public spaces.
