Spanish E&T 

Ingredients (makes one batch): 

8-10 oz Empress 1908 Indigo Gin

20 oz premium tonic water

8 dashes Angostura Bitters

Cinnamon sticks

Whole star anise

Whole cloves

Dehydrated grapefruit

Method: Combine ingredients in a large punch bowl with ice. Adjust quantities to desired strength/flavor. Stir, serve, and enjoy. 

Cincoro Añejo Cristalino Espresso Martini

Ingredients:

2 oz Cincoro Cristalino

1.5 oz espresso

.5 oz Mr. Black

.5 oz maple syrup

.5 oz brown sugar 

Method: Combine all ingredients over ice and shake, strain and serve. Garnish with cinnamon powder and an anise star in the middle of the cocktail

Ingredients: 

1.75 oz butter-washed Cedar Ridge Barrel Proof Bourbon

0.5 oz Nixta Corn Liqueur

1 tbsp raw agave nectar

1 dash banana bitters

2 dashes molé bitters

7 drops saline

Charred baby corn garnish

Method: Pour the melted butter into a jar filled with whiskey and shake occasionally over 24–48 hours. Place the jar in the freezer until the butter solidifies and the whiskey remains liquid. Then, strain through a chinois and coffee filter.

DIO Turmeric Ginger Lemon Mule

This cocktail is a fall favorite, featuring real ginger and turmeric for a warm, seasonal twist. Best served in a highball with a lemon twist—simple, flavorful, and dangerously delicious. 

Caribbean Queen

Ingredients: 

1 oz Brugal 1888

0.5 oz Mr Black

0.25 oz Licor 43

0.25 oz Tempus Fugit Crème de Noyaux

0.25 oz Aperitivo Select

1 small scoop mascarpone gelato

Method: Combine all ingredients in a mini blender and blend until fully uniform. Serve in a Nick and Nora glass and garnish with shaved cinnamon.

Lillet Rosé Spritz

Ingredients:

3 parts of Lillet Rosé  

3 parts of soda water

Slice of grapefruit and/or orange to garnish

Method: Build Lillet Rosé and soda water with ice and strain into a white wine glass. Garnish with a slice of grapefruit or orange. 

Cantera Negra Café Agave Old Fashioned

Ingredients:

1 ½ parts Cantera Negra Reposado Tequila

½ part Cantera Negra Café

2 dashes chocolate bitters

Orange peel to garnish

Method: Add ingredients into a mixing glass and stir with ice until chilled and diluted. Strain into a rocks glass over a large cube. Garnish with an orange peel.
