Back to In-Person Events: A Look Forward to Miami Swim Week

Contributed by Lori Riviere

Miami Swim Week will return to a fully in-person event next month after being canceled in 2020 due to the pandemic. It is set to take place from July 8-12 anchored by runway platform Paraiso, and tradeshows Swim Show, Cabana, Destination Miami and La Plage Miami. Typically Miami Swim is a major global event, but due to travel restrictions, the footprint overall is slightly smaller. Many European and Latin American brands have worked hard to find ways to work around travel restrictions and get “business as usual” up and running again.

Judy Stein, the founder of Swim Show and really the person responsible for Miami Swim Week’s existence, quipped, “[w]e are a community that thrives on in-person tradeshows… our vendors want and need to physically engage with the buyers, who want to touch, feel and see the samples. It’s time to reconnect and establish new relationships!”

Here is a breakdown of major events set to take place during Miami Swim Week.
