Mariposa srl, founded by Chiara Buzzi, is a hospitality-focused communications and education company dedicated to building meaningful community, knowledge sharing, and career pathways across food, beverage, and bar culture. Over the past year, Mariposa launched two major initiatives that reflect this mission. The SHE Side is a global platform supporting women in the bar industry through free, two-day educational events featuring talks, workshops, labs, guest shifts, and networking designed specifically for emerging talent and newcomers. Recognized for its social impact, the project has received official patronage from the Municipality of Milan and support from Confcommercio and Terziario Donna, reinforcing its role in job creation and professional development. Running alongside it, WeCoffeeClub addresses the growing disconnect between coffee consumers, producers, and hospitality professionals by creating accessible education around origins, trade, pricing, and the role of coffee within modern mixology. Through partnerships with leading brands and ongoing collaborations with Campari Academy, Mariposa continues to foster cross-industry education, cultural exchange, and practical learning that strengthens the future of hospitality from the ground up.
