Designed as a modern public relations and storytelling agency, Caro works at the intersection of brand voice, culture and strategic communications to help companies expand thoughtfully across markets and mediums. Led by founder Caroline McKay, the agency operates as an integrated partner rather than a traditional PR firm, supporting clients with narrative development, copywriting and culturally fluent storytelling that extends beyond press. Caro serves as the global PR agency for Equinox Hotels, where its role has expanded from leading communications for the New York flagship to crafting all website copy and brand storytelling for Equinox Resort Amaala, the brand’s first resort opening in early 2026. This work required adapting Equinox Hotels’ high performance brand language for a new cultural context while preserving its core identity, demonstrating Caro’s ability to balance global consistency with local nuance. The agency also reimagined product launch strategy through creative-led campaigns for Rocco’s Super Smart Fridge, transforming limited edition releases into cultural moments. Collaborations with Katz Deli, MALIN+GOETZ and the entertainment driven Out of the Blue campaign turned product drops into shareable experiences that blended storytelling, partnerships and media impact. Across these launches, Caro secured 42 press features, reinforcing its belief that when PR thinking leads creative strategy, brands can achieve both cultural relevance and meaningful coverage.
