Food and Culture Agency of the Year
Built at the intersection of food, culture and hospitality, Care of Chan is an event production agency known for creating food-centered experiences that foster connection and cultural relevance. Founded in 2016 as a public relations firm representing chefs and culinary talent, the agency evolved into a full-scale event producer as in-person gatherings returned, responding to a renewed desire for shared experiences rooted in care and hospitality. Care of Chan now partners with brands and institutions that understand the power of food to build community, producing everything from intimate tastemaker dinners to large scale cultural moments. The agency has grown into an 18 person team while maintaining year-over-year profitability through a selective mix of project-based work and deeply embedded partnerships. Its work spans fashion, film, hospitality and lifestyle, including immersive experiences for J.Crew in New York and Italy, creative production for A24 film premieres, and cultural programming for Palm Heights that brings together chefs, creatives and tastemakers. Beyond brand work, Care of Chan extends its philosophy through Project Gather, a mission-driven initiative using food as a tool to address loneliness and strengthen community ties. Through gatherings, cultural programming and large scale fundraisers like The Great Community Bake Sale, the agency demonstrates how hospitality can serve both brands and the public good, reinforcing its role as a cultural connector shaping how people come together.
