The growth of Andrey & Melissa this year reflects the agency’s increasing influence across art, design and cultural communications, driven by a focus on thoughtful storytelling and collaborations that bridge global creative communities. Founded by Andrey Furmanovich and Melissa Olster, A&M has developed a distinctive practice that merges strategic communications, cultural narrative building and experiential programming for institutions, heritage brands and emerging talent. In the past year, the agency expanded its team, opened a new Manhattan office and strengthened its capabilities in partnerships, influencer strategy and digital storytelling. A&M produced several standout moments, including launches for Mellerio x Silvia Furmanovich in Tokyo and New York, Color Atelier’s collaboration with Douglas Friedman and ABASK’s first U.S. fair activation at Salon Art + Design. Its work on Art Deco Alive!, a cross continental initiative linking Miami and Mumbai, secured meaningful coverage in WWD, Financial Times and World of Interiors while positioning the Miami Design District as a global design leader. A&M also elevated The Noguchi Museum’s 40th anniversary through strategic placements in Architectural Digest, Design Miami/Basel Chronicles and T Magazine, and introduced Naturopathica’s Oncology Care Program, a pioneering wellness initiative for those undergoing cancer treatment. With a thirty five percent increase in client retention, 40% project growth and more than two billion media impressions, A&M underscores how cultural insight and multidisciplinary storytelling can drive lasting impact across industries.
