In 2025, the agency deepened its national footprint with the opening of a San Francisco office led by senior communications leader Natalie Amos, bringing the team to 13 and extending operations across New York, San Diego, Los Angeles and Nashville. The year also marked a refreshed digital identity and the launch of a new website that reflects the agency’s evolution and growing influence. More than half of 20Two Studio’s clients have partnered with the agency for two years or longer, underscoring its reputation for strategic creativity and consistent results. Over the past 12 months, the team welcomed 14 new clients including Conrad Athens, Six and Six Private Islands Maldives, a conservation focused property in the Masai Mara and Bluefields Bay Villas in Jamaica as part of a storytelling led rebuilding effort following Hurricane Melissa. The agency also began representing destinations with the Saudi Tourism Authority and expanded its long-standing work with Miraval Resorts and Spas to support the launch of Miraval The Red Sea and research on wellness outcomes. Alongside client impact, 20Two Studio advanced industry leadership through AI-driven strategy guidance, thought leadership at PRSA and participation in major hospitality events while investing in internal development through its Appren trip program and new manager training.
