They’ve helped clients make strides without paid campaigns, too; HOW Agency significantly boosted a web-based used bookseller's social presence in the past year, achieving a 47% increase in Instagram followers without spending. HOW gives back through their Impact team, an employee-driven initiative focusing on pro bono services and volunteerism for staff-nominated causes; employees nominate charities quarterly, and the all-volunteer team develops unique strategies and campaigns to support the selected cause for a minimum of three months.
