The past year saw 360viewPR hit major milestones, and expand its portfolio of hospitality and tourism clients, in addition to growing a portfolio of non-profit organizations in the arts. They achieved staggering growth in hotel clients, doubled their team and developed custom workflow software for streamlined client work. Many members of the 360viewPR team have backgrounds in journalism, which informs the way they approach client strategy. For example, they kick off every new client relationship with a full immersion trip, having the client host them as though they were journalists or guests – which helps the team uncover the essence of what makes the client unique. This worked particularly well for client Visit Santa Rosa; on a visit to a local winery, the team discovered that the original land owner was actually Kanaye Nagasawa, who is credited with starting California’s wine industry, which lead to a feature in BBC Travel that received global syndication. 360viewPR also did The Lobero Theatre in Santa Barbara justice for its 150th-anniversary, revealing the theater's historical significance as the oldest continuously operating theater in California. Outcomes include the theater being named one of the world's most beautiful by Architectural Digest, not to mention surpassing its fundraising goals.
