1 Hotel Brooklyn

The Williamsburg Hotel
 

This chic boutique hotel on Wythe Ave. boasts eight stories, 150 rooms, a rooftop pool, incredible views of the NYC skyline and a grand ballroom space with 30-foot ceilings. Guests can opt for drinks in three different bars or an Italian meal by in-house chef Adam Leonti.

Midtown
 

Following a spate of hotel openings in the last couple of years, midtown Manhattan is set to add two more exciting new properties to the area. 

The Whitby Hotel  

The design team behind the popular and posh Crosby Street Hotel are back with this new spot from the Firmdale Hotels group. The midtown property will boast 86 rooms including two-bedroom suites with amazing views and terraces. The ground floor bar and cozy drawing room and terrace will provide a home away from home for guests and visitors.

SLS Park Avenue

The latest offering from the sleek SLS brand will land on Park Avenue for a late summer 2016 opening. The location will feature Philippe Starck-designed interiors, a rooftop lounge and event space and a restaurant from James Beard award-winning chef Jose Andres called “The Bazaar” and a trendy bar in the basement called SBar.

Downtown
 

Lower Manhattan and the Financial District is becoming a hub for many media and creative companies and several chic new hotel developments are set to capitalize on this precinct's rise.

The Beekman

At The Beekman, a swank new downtown spot from the Thompson Hotels Group, chef Tom Colicchio will offer a menu of New York classic fare and Keith McNally will open a brasserie-style restaurant for all-day dining. Rooms range from cozy cocoons to an iconic top-floor turret penthouse boasting 30foot ceilings, two floors and a terrace over 1200 square feet. For more permanent guests, the Beekman will offer private residences designed by Thomas Juul-Hansen starting at one hundred and seventy-two feet in the sky.

The Four Seasons Downtown

This iconic hotel group is now making its home in Downtown NYC set to open late 2016. Located in South Tribeca, the hotel will offer its traditional luxury with a more modern, downtown spin. Expect 24-hour fitness facilities, a Wolfgang Puck CUT restaurant and bar, a full-service spa and indoor heated pool among other high-end offerings from this anticipated opening.
