Team Epiphany is a culturally driven marketing and communications agency founded in 2004 by Coltrane Curtis and Lisa Chu, known for connecting brands with multicultural and next-generation audiences at the intersection of culture, entertainment, sports, and lifestyle. The agency added NAACP, YouTube, New Balance, Lululemon, and Casio to a roster that already included Nike, Delta, Coca-Cola, and Red Bull, while delivering some of its most ambitious cultural work to date. For Grand Marnier, the team developed "Remix Your Legacy, Make It Grand," a platform anchored by a reinterpretation of Future's DS2 album through live ballet, bringing together choreographer Ebony Williams and fashion designer LaQuan Smith to reposition the heritage spirit as a modern luxury brand for Black and Latin consumers. The sold-out event extended across social storytelling, guerrilla activations throughout New York City, and on-premise integration, earning validation from cultural figures including ballerina Misty Copeland. For the Red Bull Dance Your Style World Final, Team Epiphany transformed Los Angeles into the global epicenter of street dance, building a multi-day platform of welcome parties, immersive activations, and a sold-out arena final that elevated dancers as cultural icons for a worldwide audience. Both efforts reflect the agency's core philosophy: culture is not simply a marketing channel but a business driver.
