The agency handled some of the year's most closely watched hotel openings, including The Vineta in Palm Beach, Oetker Collection's first American property, along with Casa Bonavita in Malta, Hope Lodge in Scotland, Sibbjans on Gotland, and Château la Commaraine in Burgundy. For Casa Bonavita, the debut hotel from The Rug Company founders Christopher and Suzanne Sharp, the team engineered the launch as a cultural moment, with tastemaker Martina Mondadori choosing the property for a birthday celebration that drew influential creative figures.
