Founded in San Jose in 1987, The Hoffman Agency has always operated on Silicon Valley principles—taking smart risks, operating as one team, and maintaining a flat hierarchy—across its global network. Over the past year, The Hoffman Agency expanded its East Coast presence with a new Boston office and enhanced its integrated storytelling capabilities through its Story Studio, which fuses writing, branding, design, and digital services to deepen client relationships. The agency’s standout projects included campaigns for Trellix, and Lightship, each leveraging creative, culture-first storytelling to elevate brand narratives and engage audiences across media, social, and digital channels. The agency also made significant strides in semiconductor communications, forming strategic partnerships to extend its influence and thought leadership. Beyond client work, The Hoffman Agency invested in education and community initiatives, including HBCU scholarships and pro bono support for CASA for Children in Multnomah County. As 2025 began, the agency further expanded its global footprint with the acquisition of CCGroup, a London-based tech-focused PR and marketing firm, broadening both its capabilities and geographic reach.
