Becca is a woman-founded strategic communications agency at the intersection of culture and hospitality, with offices in New York, Los Angeles, and London - and a very full plate. In 2024, the agency launched Parrish Co, a strategic advisory leveraging founder Becca Parrish’s 20+ years of experience to help institutions, retail, real estate, and finance connect to culture through high-touch, detail-driven strategy. Over the past year, Becca also strengthened relationships with clients including World’s 50 Best Restaurants, Commander’s Palace, Crystal Hot Sauce, and PDT, while continuing to elevate Le Bernardin, Kisa, Huso, Ralph Lauren Hospitality, and MML Hospitality. Notable projects included introducing Taipei’s Din Tai Fung to NYC, launching Wegmans’ first NYC restaurant, and supporting culinary programming at Rockefeller Center and The Spiral. The agency also activated pop-ups, fundraisers, and high-profile openings such as Damian by Enrique Olvera in LA and Clark’s Oyster Bar in Montecito and Menlo. In design and experiential work, Becca oversaw Rockwell Group’s Casa Cork activation during Milan Design Week and hosted events with Roman and Williams. Across hospitality, culinary, and design, the agency consistently united communities, creating meaningful, memorable experiences.
