Zev Norotsky is the Founder and CEO of ENTER, a Los Angeles–based experiential agency and brand incubator that bridges culture, creativity, and commerce. A leading voice in modern brand experience, Zev has built ENTER into a go-to partner for companies seeking to connect with audiences through immersive storytelling, digital innovation, and real-world engagement. Most recently, he led AT&T’s Turn Up The Love concert series, a nationwide campaign that celebrated LGBTQ+ voices through live music and community events. Zev oversaw the Lacoste × Ricky Regal (Bruno Mars) collection launch, transforming a fashion debut into a cross-cultural experience merging luxury and streetwear. He also developed Lands’ End’s Crosby Street Market pop-up, which reimagined retail as an interactive environment that blended design, lifestyle, and local engagement. A cultural strategist at his core, Zev continues to push the boundaries of how brands live in culture—blending authenticity, creativity, and connection to shape the next era of experiential marketing.
