Tiffany R. Griffin is Director of Marketing, Events & Partnerships for the Meatpacking District Management Association, where she has transformed the neighborhood into one of New York’s most dynamic cultural destinations. Through her leadership, the district has become a showcase for art, design, and community innovation—anchored by high-impact initiatives that blend creativity with place-based storytelling. Tiffany has produced signature activations including The Great Elephant Migration, a citywide installation promoting conservation and cultural exchange; Zak Ové’s The Mothership Connection, a monumental public artwork celebrating diasporic identity; and Step into Hopper, a partnership with the Whitney Museum of American Art that invited visitors to experience the neighborhood through the lens of Edward Hopper’s New York. She has also overseen large-scale community moments such as Dîner en Blanc, the LEAF Festival of Flowers—which marked one of the first major cultural events following New York’s reopening after the pandemic—and Leica’s 100-Year Celebration. Under Tiffany’s direction, the district has earned national attention, including a Fast Company feature spotlighting its evolution into a hub of creativity, innovation, and urban placemaking.
