Rebecca Dorfman is Vice President of Consumer Marketing at Zumba Fitness, where she leads global brand strategy, digital engagement, and consumer campaigns for the world’s most recognized dance-fitness company. A dynamic marketing executive with 15 years of experience across fitness, hospitality, and consumer brands, she has redefined how Zumba connects with its community of millions across 180 countries. Under her leadership, Zumba has launched some of its most transformative initiatives, including the company’s first-ever consumer app, which brought the brand into the digital fitness space, and the 6-Week Transformation Program, integrating fitness, nutrition, and mindfulness into a cohesive at-home experience. In 2025, Rebecca led “Say It. Believe It.”, Zumba’s most successful brand campaign to date—an award-winning global activation celebrating confidence, joy, and self-expression through movement. The multi-platform campaign, driven by celebrity partnerships, community participation, and authentic storytelling, reignited Zumba’s cultural relevance and earned industry recognition for its creativity and impact. Rebecca continues to position Zumba as a lifestyle movement that transcends fitness, rooted in inclusivity, music, and empowerment.
