As Executive Director of Brand Experience at Genesis, Rachel led the creative vision for Genesis House, transforming it into an award-winning flagship that fused design, hospitality, and innovation. Her work included acclaimed collaborations such as BLOOMTANICA with floral designer Jeff Leatham and the Winter Light Installation with immersive designer Ethan Tobman, both of which elevated Genesis House into a cultural destination celebrated for its artistry and emotional resonance. Prior to Genesis, she evolved the brand communications strategy at Lexus, where she launched sustainability-driven initiatives with the Council of Fashion Designers of America (CFDA) and introduced the Michelin-starred Restaurant-in-Residence program at Intersect by Lexus. Rachel has also held senior marketing and communications roles at Citi, Champagne Louis Roederer, and Avon, and is widely recognized as a pioneer in experiential brand leadership.
