Naz Lauriault is the Founder and Managing Director of 50th Parallel Public Relations Inc., a British Columbia–based agency specializing in purpose-driven communications, Indigenous partnership, and values-led brand strategy. Grounded in empathy and integrity, she leads a multidisciplinary team that helps organizations communicate clearly, responsibly, and with measurable impact. Under her leadership, 50th Parallel PR has become a certified B Corporation, a Living Wage BC Employer, and a 1% for the Planet member—formal commitments that reflect the firm’s people-first and planet-conscious ethos. Naz has guided major communications initiatives for First Nations and mission-oriented organizations across the region, supporting treaty engagement, stewardship programs, and truth-telling processes with cultural sensitivity and care. In 2025, she launched The 50th School for Conscious PR, an education platform teaching purpose-driven leaders how to communicate with clarity and authenticity through its flagship program Lead with Clarity. A frequent voice on decolonizing communications and ethical leadership, Naz continues to shape the evolving standard for impact-driven PR by pairing cultural responsiveness with creative excellence.
