Liza Suloti is Co-Founder and Chief Communications Officer of SHADOW, a full-service creative marketing communications agency that blends culture, storytelling, and strategy across beauty, fashion, and entertainment. With over 20 years of experience, she has grown SHADOW from a boutique PR shop into a creative force delivering media relations, influencer marketing, content development, experiential activations, and digital campaigns. Liza has led transformative work for brands including e.l.f. Cosmetics, e.l.f. SKIN, eos, Estée Lauder, AERIN, Keys Soulcare, SUPERGOOP!, and Every Man Jack. Her nine-year partnership with e.l.f. Cosmetics spans PR, influencer and celebrity collaborations, creative campaigns, and experiential activations, including two Big Game spots - “eyes.lips.face.sticky.” and “Judge Beauty” - and the viral “Dirty Pillows” campaign starring Jennifer Coolidge. She has also driven high-profile campaigns such as Tatcha’s #MoistureMatchup, which activated pop-ups and social content around the 2024 Olympics, and K18 x Simone Biles’ “Feel What’s Possible” campaign, creating 360-degree content across broadcast, digital, and OOH channels. Liza also created SHADOW’s media training program, coaching executives, influencers, and emerging talent to communicate with confidence.
