Kaitlin Prince is Event and Marketing Director for North America at Authentic Hospitality, where she leads marketing communications, private events, and programming activations across 12 venues in four cities, including Los Angeles, Chicago, New York, and Miami. She manages an internal team, plus four outside agencies, and serves as Managing Partner of three bars: Jac’s on Bond, Pebble Bar, and Ray’s Brooklyn. Kaitlin oversees all aspects of marketing and events—from concept development and logistics to social media, website content and SEO—ensuring that every guest touchpoint, digital or in-person, is engaging and aligned with brand positioning. Kaitlin has built her career by blending creative programming with strategic marketing and operational leadership. She spearheaded Spaghetti Disco at Georgia Room, a sold-out experiential event that generated coverage in Eater, Time Out, and Nylon and later launched as a traveling concept. At Bar Calico, she introduced and developed the sotol spirit program, creating multi-year media and industry engagement that earned industry recognition. She also produced the Stagecoach Desert Party with Ray’s, Stetson, and Tommy Bahama, achieving national press coverage while strengthening brand partnerships. Most recently, Kaitlin was asked to relocate to Miami to provide leadership and direction for two key bars, reflecting her management expertise and operational vision.
