She drove growth by optimizing retail partnerships, promotional investments, and media collaboration, and spearheaded the redesign of joint business planning models to enhance retailer alignment and brand performance. Previously at Coty, Jackie led the U.S. relaunch of Gucci Beauty at Sephora, transforming a previously underperforming entry into a top-five brand. She also directed a commercial recovery during COVID-19, maintaining profitability and safeguarding key retailer relationships.
