Elaine Garza is the founder of Giant Noise, a leading Texas-based PR and marketing agency known for its cultural fluency and creative impact. With nearly three decades of experience spanning media, hospitality, lifestyle, and entertainment, Elaine has built her career on the belief that great storytelling is rooted in authenticity and human connection.
