David Manning is the Founder and CEO of Twenty35, a full-service brand marketing and communications agency, and its experiential division, Roxstar Entertainment. Under his leadership, Twenty35/Roxstar Entertainment has become a powerhouse in high-profile brand activations — spanning the Super Bowl, Oscars, Met Gala After Party, and ACC Celebrity Golf Championship — seamlessly blending publicity, storytelling, and experiential engagement. David is also the creator of The Cinema Center, the premier event hospitality hub at top international film festivals including Sundance, SXSW, Tribeca, TIFF, and Cannes. In 2025, Roxstar expanded internationally with a five-day luxury red-carpet program at the Cannes Film Festival in partnership with WeAudition, and secured Campari as title sponsor of The Cinema Center. Roxstar’s recent collaborations include Cointreau, serving as the official liquor partner of the Met Gala’s “The After” Party, and a partnership with Coffee Digital and Atlético Madrid to design a FIFA Club Tournament fan experience in Los Angeles — building excitement ahead of the 2026 World Cup. Committed to advancing the arts, the agency also provides pro bono support to The Creative Coalition, promoting arts education in public schools.
