Little Spoon
Chief Brand Officer
Caryn Wasser is a seasoned marketing leader and Chief Brand Officer at Little Spoon, where she has grown the company from a direct-to-consumer startup into a nationally recognized children’s food brand. She has guided the rollout of 11 product categories, including the nostalgic Lunchers + Snacks line through the “Old School Favorites, New School Standards” campaign, blending ’90s nostalgia with modern nutrition to drive awareness and engagement. She has spearheaded creative collaborations with designers and brands such as Graza, Rachel Antonoff, and Dusen Dusen, including culturally resonant campaigns such as Summer of Love with Mattel’s Barney the Dinosaur and Little Spoon x Siete for Hispanic Heritage Month. Most recently, Caryn led the national launch of Little Spoon in Target with the Built for This campaign, translating the brand’s DTC ethos into a mass-market retail experience through connected TV, digital, out-of-home placements, and creator activations. The campaign connected authentically with modern parents while emphasizing the realities of family life. Caryn has also led the bold transparency initiative Little Spoon, Big Change, aligning product testing with European standards to build trust with families, and developed the “Is This Normal?” parenting platform, creating a trusted resource and positioning the brand as a thought leader in family wellness.
