Alison Zimmermann is a strategic marketing leader and brand storyteller whose 17-year career spans beauty, luxury, and fashion. Known for building culturally resonant brands and breakthrough campaigns, she has shaped the marketing narratives of globally recognized names including Puig, Coty, Sotheby’s, P&G Specialty Beauty, Estée Lauder Companies, and BYREDO. As Head of Marketing and Communications at Each & Every, Alison is leading a full-scale brand reinvention—positioning the company as a modern fragrance-forward voice in clean beauty. She introduced a new ethos, “Savoring Each & Every Moment,” transforming the brand from a functional personal care player into a leader in natural luxury fragrance. Her integrated approach redefined storytelling across digital, press, and retail, propelling record audience engagement and expansion during the brand’s national launch at Ulta Beauty. In partnership with founder Lauren Lovelady, she also spearheaded the brand’s first fragrance innovation: a collection of 100% natural fragrance body mists, which became an instant bestseller and marked a turning point in Each & Every’s evolution. Through her creative leadership, Alison continues to shape Each & Every’s next chapter—expanding its reach, deepening brand loyalty, and redefining what clean fragrance can mean for today’s conscious consumer.
