Joelle Park is Senior Vice President and Chief Marketing Officer at BWH Hotels, where she leads global marketing, brand strategy, partnerships, and communications, including the oversight of the award-winning Best Western Rewards® program. With over two decades of experience, Joelle is known for her ability to launch integrated marketing campaigns that drive performance and consistent messaging across sales, marketing, and communications. In her first 18 months at BWH Hotels, she introduced the "Life’s a Trip" campaign, a first-of-its-kind initiative for the brand focused on the authentic travel experience, embracing the ups and downs of travel. Joelle is deeply committed to fostering a positive and inclusive work culture at BWH Hotels. As an ally for the LGBTQIA+ community, she helped form the BWH Pride Professionals Employee Network Group and serves as its Executive Sponsor. Additionally, as a female executive in a traditionally male-dominated industry, Joelle mentors women and encourages them to pursue opportunities that align with their values and skills. Prior to joining BWH Hotels, Joelle held leadership roles at Hilton Hotels & Resorts, where she led global marketing strategy and launched the "For the Stay" platform and "It Matters Where You Stay" campaign. Her earlier career included managing marketing initiatives for top-tier brands in retail, entertainment, travel, and technology.
