Jess Berkin
Chief Brand Officer
Left Lane
Jess Berkin joined LEFT LANE as Chief Brand Officer in 2022, bringing nearly two decades of experience to lead the development of a diverse portfolio of new hotel brands, F&B concepts, co-working spaces, members' clubs, and wellness destinations. In her role, Jess oversees all aspects of brand management and marketing for the New York-based firm, and is currently driving the multi-million-dollar renovation and rebranding of five historic properties across the U.S. She has played a pivotal role in the debut of Hotel Bardo, LEFT LANE’s flagship luxury property in Savannah, which has quickly become one of the most highly regarded new openings of 2024. Jess's contributions extend beyond brand creation and marketing; she is committed to forging strategic partnerships that enhance the guest experience. A standout initiative includes her collaboration with Saks Fifth Avenue to launch an exclusive in-house shopping and styling experience with The Fifth Avenue Club, further differentiating LEFT LANE's properties. Looking ahead, Jess is leading the development of Recess, the second brand in the portfolio, a lifestyle hotel and clubhouse scheduled to open its flagship in 2026 in the historic Manger Building in Savannah. Before joining LEFT LANE, Jess served as Head of Brand for residential hospitality brand Mint House, and held prominent roles with global brands including Autograph Collection Hotels, The Luxury Collection, JW Marriott, Porter & Sail, and Makeready.
