Jacqueline Hensel is a seasoned marketing and communications leader with over 20 years of experience in brand development and strategic storytelling. As Vice President of Marketing and Communications at Gracious Hospitality Management, she leads marketing, partnerships, and advertising for a portfolio that includes Michelin-starred COTE Korean Steakhouse, COQODAQ, and Undercote, with ongoing global expansions. Jacqueline has played a pivotal role in transforming the company’s marketing function, growing the team from one to four members and aligning it with the company’s rapid growth. Her ability to blend traditional and digital marketing strategies has enhanced the brand’s visibility and customer engagement. She also spearheaded the creation of “The Harmony Set” with Schmidt Bros., expanding the brand into retail. Committed to social responsibility, Jacqueline is a member of the City Harvest Food Council, where she has helped raise significant funds for important causes. Prior to joining Gracious Hospitality, she held senior roles at City Harvest and with renowned chefs and restaurants, further honing her expertise in media relations and brand storytelling.
