Dina is a visionary leader in hospitality, known for her strategic innovation in sales and marketing, particularly within the luxury sector. With nearly two decades of experience, she has been instrumental in advancing Miraval Resorts’ mission to enhance guest wellbeing. Since joining Miraval, Dina has championed brand expansion, including the launch of Miraval Life in Balance Spa Aviara at Park Hyatt Aviara Resort, Golf Club & Spa in 2023, and spearheading the international growth of the brand with Miraval The Red Sea, set to open in late 2025. Her deep commitment to wellbeing and balanced living informs her work, ensuring Miraval’s philosophy is authentically represented while driving brand visibility and growth. Committed to promoting mental wellbeing, Dina has established Miraval’s partnerships with prominent mental health organizations, including NAMI and mental health advocate Dr. Alfiee Breland-Noble. She also launched the brand’s first social ambassador program, a Hyatt-first initiative boosting awareness and connecting with new audiences. Most recently, Dina spearheaded the creation of “Making Space: A Wellness Weekend with Hoda Kotb” at Miraval Austin Resort & Spa, a premier experience that anticipates Miraval’s 30th anniversary in 2025. Dina’s career includes tenures at iconic brands like Four Seasons, Park Hyatt, Ritz-Carlton, and Waldorf-Astoria, as well as work with Virgin Hotels alongside Sir Richard Branson and the successful launch of The Kimpton Gray Hotel.
