Carmela Feliciano is Vice President at Autumn Communications, with a penchant for serving both global giants and emerging brands. Camela has worked with a diverse portfolio of clients, including Amazon, Away, Cole Haan, Equinox, Pinterest, and Vice Ventures. She leads day-to-day strategy, brokers top talent deals, and oversees planning across PR, talent, and experiential teams. In 2023, she restructured Autumn’s Talent & Creator Division, launching its first full-service offering. Since then, Carmela has orchestrated over 40 influencer deals, including campaigns with Kate Hudson, Olivia Culpo, and The Bachelor stars. Under her leadership, the division tripled its retainer clients and experienced impressive growth. Carmela also heads Autumn’s DE&I committee, driving workplace initiatives across the organization. Her campaigns have made a significant impact, including leading Amazon’s first UGC program, which generated over 10 million impressions, and spearheading Credit Karma’s Equal Pay Day campaign with Venus Williams. She also collaborated with celebrity stylist Marni Senofonte on Pinterest’s 2023 Met Gala partnership with Kendall Jenner.
