Peter Malachi has been leading communications for Hermes in the United States, defining the brand’s strategy and overseeing paid, owned and earned media activation. Over the past 12 years, Peter and his team of 25 creatives have driven high-impact events and campaigns across digital, social and experiential, offering deep storytelling and engagement opportunities for both loyal customers as well as new audiences. Under his leadership, the communications team works in collaboration with leading creatives, establishing the House as a valued and respected patron and producer of creative content within the cultural sphere; partners include the MET Museum, Glass House, JUDD Foundation, Performance Space NY, Gallim Dance Company, NEST, Smithsonian Museum of the American Indian, Aperture Foundation, ICP and more. His most recent projects of note include the 6,000-guest Wings of Hermes Exhibition at the Barker Hangar in Los Angeles, and the opening of the Hermes Madison Avenue Flagship. Peter serves as a mentor to young talent and often speaks to MBA students on the craft of effective communication.
