Michael Kaye has ascended through various roles since joining Match Group in 2019, and now reports to the CEO as Director of Brand Marketing & Communication at OkCupid, leading teams across Australia, Germany, Israel, Turkey, the United Kingdom and the United States. Over his tenure at the company, Michael has led game-changing initiatives, like introducing profile questions for LGBTQ+ users to foster deeper connections during LGBT History Month;  orchestrating the rapid launch of OkCupid’s #BlackLivesMatter profile badge; and expanding OkCupid’s pronouns feature globally, receiving widespread attention and 1.5 million users updating their profiles. This year, he orchestrated an influencer campaign for the launch of Archer, a dating app for queer men, achieving significant impressions and accelerating its national rollout; he now serves as the Head of Brand Marketing for the platform. Michael is also an Adjunct Instructor at Mercy College, New York University and the University of Massachusetts Amherst, leveraging his extensive network to provide students with valuable insights from leading professionals. Michael began his career agency-side at firms including Edelman, ICF Next, Ruder Finn and Weber Shandwick.
