Menreet Kaur joined eBay three years ago as Head of PR & Integrated Campaigns, and was quickly promoted for her outstanding work. Now, as Head of Communications at eBay, Menreet leads the award-winning in-house eBay UK Communications focus categories team and agency partners, and also sits on the eBay UK management team, where she plays a role in shaping and influencing the culture of the UK business. One such example is eBay’s partnership with Love Island, which is changing the narrative on fast fashion to pre-loved and supercharged how eBay is viewed in culture. With eBay launching Authenticity Guarantee for sneakers, under Menreet’s leadership,  her team launched  Swap 'Em Out store, inviting sneaker enthusiasts to trade in pre-loved sneakers for new ones - the successful integrated campaign included event activation, PR, social media, onsite promotion and influencer engagement. The company also tapped into the cultural hype of air fryers and joined forces with personality Nathan Anthony to launch the UK’s first ever pop-up air fryer restaurant. Menreet’s position in the industry is backed by 15 years of international experience across in-house and PR agency roles for local and global retail brands across Singapore, ANZ and now the UK.
