Jim Sias
Head of Communications and Cultural Partnerships
Campari Group
Jim serves as the Head of Communications & Cultural Partnerships for Campari America, overseeing brand PR, entertainment marketing, brand sponsorships and partnerships, experiential marketing, corporate communications and crisis communications across the company's 50+ brand portfolio. Upon joining the company less than two years ago, Jim was tasked with creating the Communications & Cultural Partnerships team; he has not only built out an impressive collective, but also created a new in-house entertainment marketing team. Jim has led his team to create high-impact programming and partnerships, collaborating with the US Open, Screen Actors Guild Awards, NASCAR and Coachella, among others. Notably, Jim and his team were behind the White Lotus season two and Aperol Spritz partnership, bypassing HBO’s no-paid-integrations policy by providing them with everything from product and glassware to tutorial videos and brand ambassador tastings – which resulted in organic integration into 5 of the 7 episodes in one of the hottest TV shows of the year. He also oversaw SKYY Vodka’s “What’s In the Skyy?” co-promotional marketing campaign in partnership with Jordan Peele’s 2022 blockbuster film, NOPE. Prior joining the company, Jim was an SVP at Weber Shandwick, and before that, he served as Director of PR, Influencer Marketing and Integrated Communications at Diageo.
