Upon joining as Chief Marketing Officer, Erin Levzow was tasked with solidifying the MUSEUM OF ICE CREAM’s position as a pioneer in the experience-first industry – something she’s proven beyond successful at. She currently oversees the Head of Growth Acquisition, Head of Marketing and Partnerships (globally) along with the company’s marketing managers. This year saw standout campaigns from Erin and her team: for Valentine’s Day 2023, the MUSEUM OF ICE CREAM collaborated with Kendra Scott jewelry on the "Sweet on You" pop-up, benefiting local schools in Austin, Chicago and New York. Erin was also behind the successful celebration of National Ice Cream Day in July 2023, planning and executing four multi-day events in New York, Austin, Chicago and Singapore. Under her tenure, parent company Figure8 announced a permanent location at the new Miami Worldcenter, set to open in 2024 with 10 interactive installations, and more locations to come in the year ahead. Erin's commitment to philanthropy extends through the MUSEUM OF ICE CREAM Cares initiative, offering free entrance to the museum for children and families, and supporting various organizations such as The Sunshine Kids Foundation and the Special Olympics. Prior to her current role, Erin was the Vice President of Marketing Technology for Del Taco Restaurants, the CMO for Marcus Hotels & Resorts, Vice President of Customer Relationship Marketing (CRM), Loyalty and Marketing for Hathway in Austin, Texas and held multiple other leadership roles at top businesses across the hospitality industry.
