Amanda Cimaglia is currently Vice President, Head of ESG & Corporate Affairs at The AZEK Company, a leader in sustainable home-building products. Since joining AZEK in 2021, Amanda has defined, led and communicated the company’s award-winning FULL-CIRCLE ESG strategy. She also handles all corporate communications initiatives, and more recently expanded her role to include PR and media relations for TimberTech, AZEK’s flagship brand of wood-alternative decking. Amanda’s approach to holistic marketing strategies has elevated AZEK’s TimberTech brand’s awareness – including becoming the #1 most used composite decking brand by professional contractors in 2023 – and has also contributed to net sales growth of 51% between the company’s fiscal year end 2020 and 2022. Under Amanda's leadership, AZEK made the TimberTech Championship the first and only zero-waste-to-landfill event in PGA TOUR Champions history since 2021. Through a comprehensive waste management plan, no waste from the 2021 or 2022 events went to landfills. Amanda partners closely with the company’s CMO to ensure that AZEK’s corporate purpose and leadership position in ESG – including its commitment to recycle one billion pounds of waste and scrap annually by the end of 2026 – is reflected across various marcomms platforms. Prior to joining AZEK, Amanda was a Managing Director at Solebury Trout, and previously held a variety of roles at Hannon Armstrong.
