Allie Bostwick currently works at Bacardi serving as the Senior Global Director of Communications, Culture & Partnerships overseeing PATRÓN Tequila’s category leadership. She has created a best-in-class PR and partnership strategy that keeps the brand at the forefront of sports, entertainment and top of the cultural zeitgeist. Inspired by PATRÓN Tequila’s long-standing history in music, Allie is leading the development of a dedicated culture and partnerships strategy, having established a partnership with Interscope Records which inserted the brand into mainstream moments with artists including Lizzo, Sam Smith, Jack Harlow and PATRÓN familia member, Becky G. Notably, Allie spearheaded integrated marketing efforts for PATRÓN Tequila’s boldest innovation to date, PATRÓN EL ALTO. The launch is PATRÓN Tequila’s foray into the prestige category, which Allie bolstered by leading next-level activations with award-winning producer and musical icon, Missy Elliott. Allie has also established innovative collaborations for PATRÓN, including a partnership with F1 driver Sergio Perez and establishing PATRÓN as the first-ever exclusive tequila partner of the F1 Paddock Club. Allie took the partnership further, striking the first-ever global spirits partnership with the #1 Formula One team, Oracle Red Bull Racing. Internally at Bacardi, Allie is an integral part of their DEI initiatives; she is a founding member of the Bacardi committee that united with the NAACP for “Backing the B.A.R,” a partnership set up to provide dedicated support to Black-owned businesses in the beverage alcohol service, sales and hospitality industries. Allie started her career on the marketing team at Billboard Magazine, and later worked as a publicist at Susan Blond, Inc. and served as a senior leader at Hunter agency.
