Alison Zimmermann is Head of Marketing & Communications for BYREDO Americas, overseeing marketing, communications, events and visual merchandising in the US. Most recently, she’s been leading the marcomms strategy for BYREDO's retail expansion – from the brand’s first store in Williamsburg, Brooklyn to their upcoming 13th opening – and handled US press for its first skincare innovation, a collaboration with Susan Kaufman. By collaborating with global partners, Alison is helping to adapt BYREDO's footprint for US luxury clients, ensuring each unique store celebrates design, functionality and community. She actively engages in brand collaboration and program initiatives, leading her team to establish one-on-one community relationships. A strong advocate for hands-on involvement, Alison personally participates in store activities, including unpacking and merchandising during openings. She also spearheaded the first ‘The Fragrance Foundation Scent of Success’ initiative at Coty, and has since introduced the program to BYREDO Americas, inviting her new team to join her in the effort to promote DEI in the industry and raise awareness for the various career paths in beauty. Prior to joining BYREDO, Alison led winning 360 global and local marcomms initiatives for notable brands at Puig, Coty, Sotheby’s and Estée Lauder Companies.
