Grilled Apple and Pear Mojito
Ingredients
3 parts Sailor Jerry Spiced Rum
2 pieces of grilled apple and pear
2 parts fresh lime juice
2 parts simple syrup
10 loose mint leaves
4 parts soda water
Method: Place fruit in glass and muddle with simple syrup. Add other ingredients, except soda, and shake well. Strain over fresh ice, top with club soda.
Casa Blueberry Mint Lemonade
Ingredients
2 oz. Casamigos Blanco Tequila
2.5 oz. Fresh Lemon Juice
1.25 oz. Simple Syrup
5-6 Blueberries
8-10 Mint Leaves
Top off with Soda Water
Method: Combine all ingredients into tin shaker except for soda water. Muddle fruit/herbs, add ice, shake vigorously, and fine strain into Collins glass. Add fresh ice and garnish with lemon wheel and mint sprig.

Ingredients
2oz Doña Vega Mezcal Espadín
.5oz Lemon Juice
1oz andmade Limoncello
1.25oz Fresh Pineapple Juice
Garnish rim with Tajín Salt
Herbed Honey Smash
Ingredients
2 oz Aberfeldy 12 Single Malt Scotch
1.5 oz Lemon juice (or about half a lemon squeezed)
1 oz honey syrup
*Honey Syrup: 100g of honey and 64g water, stir and leave to chill. Note: syrup will only last 3 days
4-6 leaves of soft herb (basil, mint, tarragon, etc.)
Method: Add all ingredients to a shaker tin with ice. Shake vigorously and strain using a fine mesh strainer into a small rocks glass filled with ice. Garnish with your fresh herb of choice and enjoy!
You can use any soft herb (basil, mint, thyme, tarragon, dill, marjoram or even cilantro) you'd like for different flavor combinations! Also, you can mix and match these flavors too for a unique herbed honey smash each time. For more herb flavor, steep your fresh herbs in your local raw honey before making syrup.
