Infinity Creative Agency is seeking a highly motivated Account Coordinator  in Los Angeles who will support the larger team to execute strategies, day-to-day account projects and events across an array of clients. You will be responsible for supporting your account teams with monitoring, reporting, sample trafficking, and more. An ideal candidate has a positive outlook, confident approach and, most importantly, be a team player.

This role will report to the junior managers, Managers, and Senior Managers and work alongside ICA’s wider team.

Responsibilities

• Acting as lead administrative support role sitting across assigned accounts, including note taking, agenda drafting and recaps, etc.
• Manage weekly reporting (i.e. agendas and recaps) ensuring teams are prepared with all information and client reporting is timely and thorough
• Manage monthly reporting ensuring managers are prepared for deadlines and all placements are accounted for
• Overseeing logistical support for client meetings
• Help support managers with list creation and organization
• Assisting the showroom team with inventory and pull/loan appointments
• Help facilitate initiatives and events
• Assist with organizing and staffing events when needed
• Assist with mailers and oversee interns through this process
• Consume local and national news and social media on a daily basis and stay up to speed on current industry news and trends
• Report directly to manager and/or junior managers
• Manage and train interns when applicable

Reporting & Insights

• Manage reporting across accounts ensuring documents are comprehensive and accurate (reports include campaign specific, weekly and monthly)
• Consume local and national news on a daily basis and stay up to speed on current industry news and trends
• Conduct competitive research and have awareness of relevant industry trends

Management

• Report directly to Jr. Manager, Managers, Sr. Managers
• Manage and mentor interns, etc.

Requirements:

• Location: Los Angeles
• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, PR, or related field required
• 1 years of experience working in PR or marketing either in-house and/or agency
• Deep knowledge and understanding of social media platforms and emerging trends (Instagram & TikTok)
• Stellar verbal & written communication skills
• Ability to work in an entrepreneurial and fast-paced environment
• Collaborative, creative and high-energy
• Highly organized workstyle with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Proficient in Google Suite and Fashion GPS
• Passion for fashion, beauty and pop culture with a finger on the pulse of industry news

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and at least 1 year of relevant work experience
• Proficiency in Google Suite
• Highly organized with excellent attention to detail
• Self starter and passionate about the industry
