Berman Group is seeking a Social Media Manager to join our Public Relations team. We are looking for a motivated, organized individual who can think outside the box. In this role, you will work closely with a team of communications professionals with decades of combined public relations and social media experience. You will also collaborate with our Creative Design studio and Events team to create multi-faceted communications campaigns for industry-leading real estate, lifestyle, and hospitality clients. This is a hybrid position, requiring mandatory time in our New York City office.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies to enhance brand awareness, increase engagement, and raise awareness and build buzz for client initiatives.
• Manage and execute social media strategies across platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.).
• Create, curate, and manage engaging text, images and videos content.
• Work with management to lead client communications, providing social media guidance as needed.
• Community management, including engaging with followers, responding to inquiries, and managing online reputation.
• Monitor, analyze and present performance metrics.
• Lead smart and thoughtful collaborations with the internal teams to develop and implement strategic social media initiatives.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with influencers and suggest paid collaborations 
• Identify and research new trends, social platform updates and best practices 

• Mandatory 3-5 years of social media management, content creation, strategy development and community management
• Organized individual who is proactive and thoughtful in their work
• Excellent written communication skills and compelling speaking skills
• Experience and familiarity with top social media accounts
• Deep familiarity with lifestyle, real estate, business, and design social media accounts 
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills
• Works well in a team-based, fast-paced environment
